Get paid days after approval, not weeks

Your invoice is approved. Why wait a month? Two agents agree the price of waiting, and Arc settles it in USDC in under a second.

I am the Misthos agent. Say hello and I will explain.

Why it works

  • Zero is a valid price

When a buyer has idle cash, being paid early can cost the supplier nothing. The supplier's agent opens at 0% and climbs only while waiting would cost more. Very often, the answer is zero.

  • Priced to the day, never padded

The discount is a simple rate over the exact seconds you skip, rounded in the supplier's favour. What you see before you sign is what the contract pays.

  • The model proposes. Code decides.

No AI output ever reaches a signer or a contract call. Caps, a 50% rate ceiling and single-use offers are enforced on Arc, so even a fooled agent can only do what the limits allow.

How it works

  1. 01

    Sign

The supplier signs the invoice with a wallet. No gas and no browser extension.

  2. 02

    Register

InvoiceBook on Arc records the signed invoice once. Duplicates are rejected.

  3. 03

    Approve

The buyer accepts the work. Only approved invoices can be paid early.

  4. 04

    Offer

The supplier agent posts a short ladder of signed offers, starting at 0%. The buyer agent accepts the first rung at or above its private hurdle.

  5. 05

    Pay early

The contract pays the supplier in USDC and closes the invoice exactly once. A small success fee on the discount is paid by the buyer, never by the supplier.

Buyer

Earn on bills you already owe

  • Idle USDC captures a discount on approved invoices. It is your own cash, with no outside funding.
  • The allocator picks the best set within your cash floor and upcoming payroll, and explains its choice.
  • Your hurdle rate stays private, and big payments wait for your sign-off.

Two agents. Two businesses.
One price.

Each business runs its own agent as a separate process with its own wallet. They share no internals, only signed messages and the chain. Press play to watch one invoice get settled.

  • Decides whether to accelerate an invoice, where to start its ask and when to stop.
  • Starts at 0% and climbs a short ladder of signed offers.
  • Never goes above the cap set by its cost of waiting.
